Synopsis
Haru Maemori, reincarnated in another world, gains cheat skills from a bored god.
However, the world is stagnant and full of injustice. Frustrated, Haru mutters, "This country is already over," echoing his thoughts from Japan. Unlike in Japan, though, Haru now has the power to correct these wrongs.
