Synopsis

The duchess Alienor, who has been told by the Dauphin Leandre that her engagement has been annulled by the social world, heads off to a summer retreat to heal her wounds. To heal her broken heart, she goes to a summer resort, where she meets the first prince, His Royal Highness Clovis, who has resigned his position as dauphin to avoid political disputes. He treats Alienor kindly, as if to heal her broken heart....meanwhile, Leandre comes to the summer resort with Clarice for a "prenuptial trip". They offer Alienor to be their mistress. Alienor is driven to anger and despair, but it is Clovis who saves her! The two are driven to anger and despair, but it is Clovis who saves her.
