Surviving The Game as a Barbarian

Synopsis

Lee Hansoo, a tenacious player of the notorious and unbeatable game "Dungeon and Stone", finally made his way to the boss stage after nine years. As he stepped into the boss room, a game notification announced he had cleared the tutorial. Simultaneously, he found himself in the body of Bjorn Jandel, a barbarian character in the game.

"Dungeon and Stone" paints a world where one city alone has survived the global cataclysm. A labyrinth emerges every month, promising lucrative rewards to those brave enough to conquer it. In this dystopian universe, barbarians are seen as valuable only for their combat skills. Any barbarian not engaged in battle struggles for survival against a society that views them as expendable.

Further complicating matters, the city imposes exorbitant taxes, forcing citizens to either pay or be demoted to 'lower-class citizens'. Even more terrifying, revealing that you're inhabiting your game character results in a death sentence as an "evil spirit".

To survive, Lee Hansoo must risk his life battling within the labyrinth. Armed with nine years of gameplay experience and the unmatched physical prowess of a barbarian, Hansoo is determined to endure and thrive in this perilous game world.
